NEW RELEASE TRENDS

On 1 April 2025, Rolex unveiled the Land-Dweller, opening a new chapter in the brand’s collection. With a fresh approach to the integrated case and bracelet, the innovative calibre 7135 and an original design, the Land-Dweller set the tone for future Rolex releases.
In 2026, Rolex marks the centenary of the Oyster, introduced in 1926. The company’s history began in 1905, when Hans Wilsdorf founded a watch distribution business in London. The Oyster anniversary provides an occasion to introduce new versions of familiar models and continue developing the collection.

ONE YEAR LATER

The 2026 Rolex collection marks 100 years of the Oyster. This anniversary celebrates the waterproof case introduced in 1926. Materials science, dial-making and watchmaking expertise shape the development of today’s models.
These watches do more than tell the time: they embody dreams fulfilled and shape the future standards of watchmaking. Each model meets a new level of Superlative Chronometer certification, represented by Rolex’s traditional green seal. Let us explore the new releases.

Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41

The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 in Yellow Rolesor celebrates the birth of the Oyster. It marks a century of watchmaking achievements while recalling the collection’s origins.

Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36

The letters of the Rolex name form a joyful, refined composition on the dial. Evoking the brand’s aesthetic heritage, this motif is the result of truly virtuoso dial craftsmanship. With its distinctive radiance, the new Oyster Perpetual 36 showcases the brand’s ingenuity and the skill of its watchmakers.

A new golden age for the Oyster Perpetual 28 and 34

The 18-carat gold Oyster Perpetual 28 and Oyster Perpetual 34 offer a refined, understated expression of this precious metal. Enhanced by unexpected precious details, these two Oyster Perpetual models pay a subtle and elegant tribute to the rich history of the Oyster.

Natural-stone hour markers

On the new 18-carat gold Oyster Perpetual 28 and 34 models, the 3, 6 and 9 markers on the lacquered dials are made from natural stone — a first for Rolex. The pointed cut highlights the stones’ texture and colour while eliminating reflections.
The yellow-gold Oyster Perpetual 28 with a green stone-lacquer dial has bloodstone markers. The Everose-gold Oyster Perpetual 34 with blue stone lacquer features dumortierite markers.

The new Rolex Datejust 41

The look of this new version perfectly captures the spirit of the times. A clearer date window contrasts with the ombré dial edge, offering a fresh perspective on this iconic watch and its defining role in the history of the Oyster.
The new Datejust 41 brings together some of the brand’s most distinctive features: a fluted bezel, green colour, durable steel and precious white gold.
The Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 in white Rolesor features a green lacquered ombré dial.

A green lacquered ombré dial

The dial of the new Datejust 41 is fully lacquered for the first time since this design returned to the brand’s catalogue in 2019. Green lacquer is applied to the base, followed by black lacquer in concentric motions to create the colour gradient used on all ombré models.

The new Yacht-Master II

The programmable countdown in this nautical watch features mechanical memory and real-time synchronisation.
This function has been completely redesigned to support sailors at the critical moment a race begins. Available in Oystersteel or 18-carat yellow gold, the new-generation Yacht-Master II gives full control over the timing essential to a regatta and reaffirms Rolex’s expertise in developing and producing exceptional professional watches.
Refined, simplified, modernised and more legible, Rolex’s regatta chronographs return in a new generation of the Oyster Perpetual Yacht-Master II.
What about a gold bracelet?

Oyster Cosmograph Daytona and Oyster Perpetual Day-Date

The Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 40 and Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona are presented in original, exclusive configurations: a new 18-carat gold alloy for one, and a combination of an enamel dial, innovative ceramic and platinum for the other. This year’s versions balance innovation with identity, combining originality with respect for the traditions of these two iconic Oyster models.

The Oyster centenary offers a fresh perspective on familiar Rolex models. The 2026 collection continues the evolution of a line that began in 1926. The company itself traces its history to 1905.
Each new model reflects technical progress, design and collectors’ interests. Secondary-market prices depend on the specific reference, condition and demand; an increase in value is not guaranteed.
We continue to follow Rolex and look forward to new releases that will once again surprise the watch world.
